Fate introduces people at both the right and the wrong times...
So it is for Maren on the absolute worst day imaginable. When all hope was gone, and she was whittled away to little more than tears and despair, up walks Nox, an unlikely hero to save the day. Maren is about to discover that sometimes the good guys wear black, and there are times that the lines between good and evil blur beyond recognition.
Nox is a bad man with a heart of gold, or so it seems. It also seems that Maren has captured that heart with her wide, tear filled brown eyes. Nox never saw himself going for jailbait before, but that’s just what Maren is, all woman trapped in a seventeen year old package. Still, what he wouldn’t do for her, including taking on the unlikely role of keeper to her unruly preteen brother.
This mess could end beautifully or in some serious time spent behind bars for Nox, but sometimes, it’s worth risking it all.

He kissed me back.
He kissed me back, and it was everything every girl has imagined at one time or another. His mouth warm against mine, his tongue gently asking permission, touching lightly against my bottom lip. I gave him access and I swear to god, I melted. He deepened the contact, his tongue stroking expertly against mine, and I would have given him anything, anything at all that he wanted from me, had he only asked for it.
He didn’t, however. If anything, the thing I admired about Nox, was his level of control. No matter what, no matter the situation, he always seemed in control and ready to handle it. This was no different. While I wanted to climb his body and have him take me anywhere but this room full of people to finish what I’d started; he had the patience to follow the wiser course of action. He broke the kiss, both of us breathless, chests heaving in shallow gasps.
He rested his forehead against mine, and licked his sensual lips, his eyes opening to pin my gaze with his.
“I have to stop, Angel. We both have to stop.”
“I know,” I gasped, and I couldn’t keep the mournful tone from my voice.
“Trust me, baby. I don’t want to. I want to take you to my room and finish what we just started, but it’s not a good idea.”
“I know, it’s not safe, for you or for me… They might take Sage and I can’t let that happen.”
“They might decide I need to serve some jail time, and I can’t let that happen either.”
I closed my eyes again and just tried to hold onto the intimate feeling like we were in our own private bubble.

Melody Beswick thought she was bringing herself and her thirteen month old son home to his father. It was her last ditch effort to make a better life for her and her boy. One in which Noah had a father to look up to and guide him. While she knew Grinder wasn’t perfect, she believed in him, and love always found a way, right?
Melody never thought her dreams for herself and her son could twist into such nightmares, and that it was so true, the old adage, that the road to hell is paved with good intentions. She’s about to find out that another adage is true, that sometimes it’s better the devil you know, when instead of finding Grinder, it’s his cold and critical brother Archer at the end of her long drive that she must contend with.
With no other options, and no place else to go, Melody is about to make a deal with this devil that she can’t refuse. Who knew it could, quite possibly, be the best decision she’s ever made?
Ashton Granger is a perfect wife to her husband. She has to be, if she’s not, he will find a way to correct any perceived imperfections. Such is life, and so it has been for a very long time, eroding Ashton’s sense of self, cracking her sense of worth until she lays in a million pieces on the side of a stretch of lonely highway.
Ethan “Trigger man” Howard is the Sergeant of Arms for The Sacred Hearts Motorcycle club. After several tours as a Marine Corps sniper overseas, he’s seen and done enough damage for a man three times his age. He’s out. Done. So over it, and home to nurse his wounds, physical, emotional and psychological with the help of his MC brothers. Now he simply deals with the scars that life handed him.
Was it more than just luck for he and Ashton both that he was the only other soul traveling that isolated stretch of highway that night?
Dray, Vice President of the Sacred Hearts MC, watched his mother die in a bloody hail of bullets at the tender age of sixteen. It broke something inside of him and he’s been pretty much pissed off at the world ever since. Worse, he’s done things since that time that have just broken down his soul even further… Dray doesn’t want to be that guy anymore. Then came Everett Moran…

Still, she moves through life with a single minded determination to make her circumstances better… She harbors no illusions about life being anything other than what it is, so how in the hell could she have been so blind as to what her boyfriend Jerry was doing!?
Could the worst day of Everett’s life actually turn out to be the best thing to ever happen to her when she pulls into Dray’s garage? Could Everett’s arrival on Dray’s doorstep herald a new beginning for Dray, and heal some of his broken?
Reaver has always been a little weird, a little strange, okay MORE than a little of each. His psyche cracked right down the middle a long time ago. He holds the official title of ‘Treasurer’ for the Sacred Hearts MC but he’s much more than that. He’s the club’s enforcer, the one they call on when things need to be done quickly, quietly, efficiently and have no traces left behind. Which is good for Reaver, very good, because it keeps the monster inside his head satisfied and in check for the most part… but then Hayden Michaels entered the picture and Reaver decided that he wanted much more.
The day was supposed to be the happiest day of Hayden’s life, instead it left her crushed beneath a pile of emotional rubble. Is it any surprise that Reaver would be the one to pull her from the emotional wreckage left behind? Sweet, funny, caring Reaver with eyes like the bluest winter skies and a smile that left her breath hitching every time he turned it on her. Trouble is, Reaver has a darker side, one that he has never given Hayden any illusions about. Will it be something Hayden can handle? Or will the cracks his psyche contains be the cracks in the dam that crushes her under a river of never ending pain?
Squick has been a longtime fixture of the Sacred Hearts MC. His boss, Trigger, is their Sergeant at Arms after all. It took a while for him to put together a bike to become an official hangaround then prospect, and he was pretty thrilled that his other boss, Zander, took the plunge with him. Still, Squick is hiding something big that could test friendships and destroy relationships. The mask is becoming increasingly difficult for him to wear.
Of course, now that he is on the very cusp of patching in, that’s when Aaron walks into his life. Suddenly it’s do or die… Come out to the club and lose the brotherhood and the only sense of true family he has ever known, or don’t and lose them anyway when they find out about Aaron? Squick doesn’t see a third option, and the deeper he gets into his situation, the more his misery compounds.
Just what will he do?

She tells the world she’s fine, afraid to lose the only family she has. After all, there’s no place in an MC for a used up club whore who can’t bear to be touched.
Ghost has had a thing for Shelly since first laying eyes on her. Still, Ghosty-boy don’t share, and as a club slut, Shelly gives it up to whoever asks. If only she’d knock off her slut-tastic ways… But now she’s hurt and he’s torn in two. If he’d been less of a jackass, she wouldn’t have run from the safety of the fireside – his side – that night. Ghost feels responsible for the horrible things he said that drove her into the predator’s hands. Now he wants to man up and make it right.
Can Ghost stitch Shelly back together again when all he’s ever really been good at is ripping things apart?

Revelator has had his eye on the innocent redhead from the moment he first saw her. But life got in the way of him pursuing the angel, prospecting for the club taking up just too damned much of his time. Fully patched at last, preparing to make a move, that’s when his shop and his living came down around his ears. Faced with rebuilding from the ground up, he’s decided that if he has to start from the beginning, he might as well go all in. The life he plans on building from here on out definitely has his Red by his side and no one else’s.
It doesn’t take Rev long to find out what his girl is hiding, and when he does, someone is going to realize just how formidable he can be.
Dani Broussard never imagined that her life would turn out like this. She always thought that her grandfather would be there for her into adulthood and that her high school sweetheart, Jared, would be the man she would marry. That isn’t what happened though. Instead, her grandfather got sick and passed away before Dani saw the age of nineteen. It was just her and Jared until he hooked up with a local MC, The Suicide Kings… Then it was just her. Pig-Pen claimed her body, rules her life, but he would never hold her heart. Kept because of her looks and a particular set of skills unique only to her, Dani has been with The Suicide Kings for the last three years… three long damaging years. She hates it, all of it, the pain the humiliation, the fear… and as strong as Dani is, as clever as she can be, she is quickly finding that death may be the kinder, gentler option rather than live through any more of this hell.
Red-XIII is, and always will be, a Sacred Hearts man. But for now, he’s a Suicide Kings prospect. Tasked with providing intelligence on the King’s inner workings to his real club, Thirteen has been slowly, quietly and carefully dismantling the King’s operation from the inside out. The situation is dangerous, good thing Thirteen is a dangerous guy but even he can’t be everywhere at once and a couple of missteps have cost the Sacred Hearts dearly. Doubly determined to finish this with no more wreckage or damage to the SHMC, Thirteen is blindsided by his heart when he lays eyes on Dani. A pretty, little thing with long black hair and striking blue eyes. She slays him with one look from her damaged soul and now Thirteen has tasked himself with two missions… Take down The Suicide Kings and get both Dani and himself out alive.
For now those missions run parallel to each other but what happens if they ever end up at odds?
The bigger question is, how can he get close to the VP’s Ol’ Lady as a Prospect and not get them both burned?
